Many Auto Shipping Companies are going to charge you a deposit (Broker Fee) up-front, along with locking you into a 10 to 15 day contract. At Wise Auto Shipping we do not believe in charging you ANYTHING until we have fulfilled our obligation to get your vehicle moved. We guarantee that you will not pay 1 penny until your vehicle is booked with a Carrier and a pick-up date has been scheduled. Secondly, if you decide to cancel your order for any reason, you can do so with no cost or obligation.**

**There is one exception to this policy. When we find a carrier for your vehicle, we will immediately notify you by email. At this point in time we have fulfilled our contract and your deposit becomes non-refundable. This is the only time you would not receive a refund of your deposit if you decide to cancel. You can check the status of your order online at anytime to see if it has been assigned to a transporter.
